Includes failures of the named Oxevision patient-monitoring system and its dedicated operational controls, including system availability and connectivity, alert generation or transmission, monitoring of alerts, required in-person checks, staff training and implementation or assurance of Oxevision procedures where these affect reliable patient monitoring.
