“(1) The two deceased men were unaware of the dangerous currents in the pool directly below the waterfall and the evidence indicated that other people were also unaware of the dangers. As the waterfall is in close proximity to the village of Llanberis and is easily accessible other people could die in identical circumstances and I am therefore of the opinion that a sign should be erected to warn people of the dangerous characteristics of the waterfall pool. ”
