PFD Monitor interpretation

Remove the relevant downhill overtaking section as an independent safety measure.

Verbatim wording from the response

“I am pleased to confirm that the Highway Authority has arranged for the relevant downhill overtaking section to be removed at the earliest opportunity, which is likely to be around the end of June 2023. This will be carried out as an independent measure, rather than delayed to coincide with planned surfacing works later in the financial year. This is in line with the recommendation of our own investigation process as well as the subsequent inquest.”
